Project Scheifele - Full Home Renovation
This project involved a complete top-to-bottom transformation of the home. The scope included a full gut renovation with multiple load-bearing wall removals to create a bright, open-concept main floor. The second floor was fully reconfigured to improve flow and functionality.
All mechanical systems were upgraded, including new plumbing, electrical, and HVAC throughout. The home now features 2.5 modern bathrooms, highlighted by a spa-inspired 4-piece bathroom with a curbless shower, LED niche, freestanding tub, and floating vanity with integrated under-cabinet lighting.
Finishes include custom kitchen cabinetry, luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, a new driveway, and a fully redesigned interlock front entrance—resulting in a cohesive, modern home built for long-term comfort and durability.
Project Haddon - Main Floor Renovation
Project Haddon is a high-end main-floor transformation featuring the removal of load-bearing walls to create a seamless, open-concept layout. The newly designed kitchen is the focal point of the home, highlighted by a 9-foot custom island, premium quartz countertops, and bespoke cabinetry tailored to the space.
A sophisticated bar area with floating shelves and integrated LED lighting adds both function and architectural elegance. This renovation reflects our expertise in combining structural engineering with modern luxury design to deliver a refined, timeless living space.
Project Dublin - Home Addition
Project Dublin showcases a full sunroom rebuild and custom Muskoka room addition designed for comfort, light, and year-round enjoyment. We fully demolished the existing sunroom down to the foundation and rebuilt it using the same footprint, featuring multiple windows, two patio doors, LVP flooring, drywall finishes, and custom trim work.
The project also includes a custom 3-season Muskoka room with a hot tub, Weatherwall windows and doors, and warm stained pine finishes throughout, including shiplap ceilings and barn board walls. The result is a seamless blend of modern living and cottage-style relaxation — built with quality, precision, and long-term value in mind.
